Grill\u00e9s dans un four \u00e0 200\u00b0 ! quelle bonne id\u00e9e !!<\/p>\n<p>aussit\u00f4t dit, aussit\u00f4t coup\u00e9s et allong\u00e9s langoureusement sur la l\u00e8chefrite avec un papier sulfu , en position grill infernal donc, et je vous livre ma recette fastoche de flemme et pourtant tout \u00e0 fait bonne, comme quoi \u00e7a sert vraiment \u00e0 rien de se casser trop la n\u00e9nette.<\/p>\n<p>ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p>-des poivrons. Ben oui. n&rsquo;importe quelle couleur, rouge, vert, jaune, ou panach\u00e9, rastafarai zion babylon. en quantit\u00e9 comme on veut, tant qu&rsquo;on peut \u00e9taler sur la plaque quoi. l\u00e0 j&rsquo;ai fait 2 gros poivrons rouges, \u00e7a fait pas mal genre l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;une petite entr\u00e9e pour 4 personnes un peu chichiteuses ou des tapas \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro pour les gens sans go\u00fbt \u00e0 pas aimer les Monaco\u00a0 (= un repas pour moi)<\/p>\n<p>pour assaisonner : huile d&rsquo;olive, jus de citron, vinaigre balsamique, ail, sel poivre, c&rsquo;est adaptable selon vos go\u00fbts \u00e9videmment<\/p>\n<p>pour accompagner :<br \/>\n-fromage frais et ciboulette, poivre<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est parti pour le powerpoint :<\/p>\n<div sacs biod\u00e9gradables sont nuls attention, ils fondent vu que c&rsquo;est chaud. un ziploc ou autre \u00e7a fait l&rsquo;affaire. l\u00e0 faut laisser genre 10mn ou plus on s&rsquo;en fout \u00e7a d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es (pareil, c&rsquo;est comme vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez), un peu d&rsquo;huile, un poil de vinaigre et de citron (j&rsquo;en mets pas trop non plus), sel et poivre et hop au frais (si les poivrons ont refroidi, sinon vaut mieux attendre \u00e9videmment pour pas trop faire p\u00e9daler le frigo), le temps que \u00e7a devienne frais quoi, si vous voulez enfin bon moi je
